Positioned in the sought after Ridgeside precinct of Umhlanga, The Skye was designed by PGA Architects for the SNG Property Group.
The Skye comprises a 100 unit 'drive-up' apartment building as well as a hotel, managed and owned by the Coastlands Hotel Group.
Architectural Graphics were commissioned to create the marketing renders, 2D floor plans, Buyers Guide and marketing video.
