DELMAT HOUSE

The One Fifty Capital client brief was to renovate and modernise the building exterior with minimal intrusion on the established, fully tenanted building.

The main intervention was the construction of a triple level entrance lobby with security booth in the gap between the two office wings.

 

A new polished sandstone clad frame was then introduced to modernise the building and integrate the two wings into a single form.

​

The proposal required replacing all the small street facing windows with ribbon windows.   The different colour face-brick was then painted a uniform dark grey.
