One Fifty Capital's client brief was to renovate and modernise the building exterior without affecting the established, fully tenanted building.

The proposal required removing all the existing 'post modern' embellished detailing.  Painting the existing red face-brick dark grey.

 

Completing the 3rd level office space with an expressed Hulabond roof overhang, to 'cap' the building.

The addition of a new integrated podium level in black face brick, with planters, trees and clear view security fencing.  This is integrated with the 1st level podium, by means of a bamboo composite decorative vertical screen, with pergolas to certain areas.
